Troopers Ages 4-7

(Beginner)

Our youngest students learn basic martial arts skills and develop good habits regarding discipline, respect, and teamwork.

Warriors Ages 8-13

Our youth program emphasizes self-discipline and character development, while instilling self-defense skills.

Gladiators Ages 6-13

(Advanced)

Our advanced youth program instills self-awareness, confidence, and self-esteem while teaching practical self-defense techniques, sparring, and weapons training.
